The past cannot be changed. That much I know, but how do you steer the future toward the path you were once on? Is it possible without losing everything you have in the present?

Depends on what it is you want to keep and what you want back.

Ah.

I asked myself similar questions not too long ago, although it's rather hard to answer... knowing that I lost everything in the process.

A friend would say, "Don't give up, fate is even less sturdy then a goldfish net"

I guess it depends on how forgiving the path you were on was. It might not even be accessible to you. Something's always in the way or someone and you're completely stuck...

But I think, if you got back on it, things would be okay.

Only if what you have is detrimental to what you want.

Of course it's possible. It all depends on the decisions you make, along with what you want to keep. Just make sure you take care to observe outside influences as well.

The past shapes who you are now. Chances of changing something for the better are slim.
