I don't know how many of you saw, but Tidus and I did a pretty good job of ticking off the Warden I think. I mean, she killed us both during that event since we refused to participate. If the audience is disappointed, then they aren't going to make their money. Sometimes a non-violent protest against violence is hard, but if more people start participating, it won't be easy to ignore.

That's all I wanted to say. I would've said it sooner, but I had a few things to think about.

[ Later in the day, Yuri had needed to get lunch. It was just that oatmeal slop- she needed to save her money for candy, after all-- especially since she hadn't gotten any from the event, so she only had the 100,000 that everyone had defaulted to. At this rate, she'd be dead before the week was up if she didn't find a way to get enough money before she ran out.

Despite that, she apparently had decided to purchase some poster paper and a calligraphy pen, both of which were sitting next to her as she worked on finishing that gross oatmeal slop. She's got plans, alright. ]

Super Secret Service. Or maybe Swindling and Swinging Suspension. Stupid Stupid Stupids. Honestly, the name is up in the air since we were having a debate about it before Otonashi and I got arrested, so it's just SSS.

[sinspawn]

Okay...usually it would reflect the goal somehow. What's the SSS about?

[tenminutes]

Rebelling against groups that abuse their power, let criminals back on the streets, murderers, or otherwise force others into bad situations because they want power, money, or fame.

[sinspawn]

Cool! How did you think of something like that?

[tenminutes]

I realized how many people there were out there who still needed protecting or at least someone to fight for them. Or a place where they could feel welcomed when no one else would. We're all a bunch of young people whose lives were ruined before we had a chance to take our fates into our own hands, so we decided to do that now and try to make chances for others to move forward instead of ending up where we did.

[ People who were forced into drug addiction before they knew any better, abused people who just wanted to find their voice or be free, helping people with medical conditions to do things they wanted to do that people said they couldn't.. all sorts of things. ]

No one can fight on their own if they want to win.

[sinspawn]

[He remains quiet, reflecting over her words. No one can fight on their own... It's not something he thought about lately, but she's right. And he did want to do the right thing, but he never had much of a plan, nothing as ambitious as what she has in mind.]

I know it's probably obvious, but you could do more about it out there.

[tenminutes]

I know. How do you think I ended up in here in the first place?

[sinspawn]

[He rests his chin in his palms, shrugging.]

Honestly I thought you'd just pissed off the wrong person. But if you're going to keep doing that, I want to do it too.

[tenminutes]

No, I lead an entire group and got into a knife fight while protecting a lady from getting assaulted in an alley. Since it was in defense, normally I probably wouldn't have been convicted for more than community service but since they were already gunning for me because of the SSS, I'm here.

You want to join, Tidus?

[sinspawn]

I never really thought the system was that corrupt until I got here. I guess a part of me knew about it, but didn't pay much attention. But you were doing the right thing, regardless of what group you were apart of, they should have never sent you here. I haven't had much of a plan, but it sounds like you do. I want to join.

[tenminutes]

Sometimes I think there's a big wall that doesn't let you see it unless you fall over it and become the one doing it or under it and end up being a victim at some point.

[ Yuri holds out her hand for Tidus to shake, smiling. ]
