But he is hunched over the keyboard in a corner, trying to find out some sweet information and get a lay of the land (aka seeing if he can hack THIS system without getting caught). Kind of sucks that there's a time limit. 10 minutes isn't even enough to watch porn.]

I was going to organize a revolt had it not been for the provided manual's subtle cues of disapproval against it.
Darn.
That leaves only plan B, and you know plan B never lives up to the hype of plan A, the main honcho.
The thing is, plan B requires community participation.
Even more so than your standard, run-of-the-mill usurpation.
Maybe.
What I'm asking is, please sign my change.org petition to increase the maximum usage time in the computer room.

Maybe, but I find it hard to believe the effort could be better spent on anything else.
Especially if the reason for the limitation in the first place is arbitrary.
Unless I can get some solid proof that inmates are more likely to rub their dicks off in eleven minutes than ten, I'm not buying that a ten minute limitation produces significantly different results over any other number.

I'd rank it in the bottom 5% of the list of immediate or overwhelming concerns.
I haven't fully explored the capabilities of the communicator yet, but I assume it lacks a few features a desktop can easily provide.
