My fellow inmates:

As a frequent user of the library and apparently the only person who is willing to say something about it, I'd like to remind everyone that the library is not a place for social engagements, fighting, yelling, or anything other than reading or studying! If you need to have a discussion with your friends? Do it elsewhere and stop being a distraction to people who actually want to do something besides flip burgers once we get out.

I don't have a problem getting the guards if the inmates who actually work in the library are too lazy to do their jobs.
